Mrs. Conthet’s garage door came off track thanks to some rusty old screws that finally came loose. She needed the door reinstalled, and the tracks fastened back into place with some new screws.
Our Solution:
As always with a garage door off track, we started out by disconnecting the lift cables and removing the door entirely. That gave us access to the faulty screws holding the tracks in place. We removed the old screws, gave the tracks some cleaning and oiling, and then tightened them back into place with replacements. When we reinstalled and reconnected the garage door, it fit snugly and moved without wobbling.
