Mrs. Glass found her garage door hanging out of one of its tracks one morning. She did not know the cause.
Our Solution:
Looking at the door and track system over, we found that one of the lower rollers had warped and come out. So, we had the customer remove her car and raised the garage door off its tracks completely. With the roller replaced, we lowered the garage door back into the tracks, reconnected it, and gave it a test run.
